Terms for Briefed For Me launch access
Who provides the service. Briefed For Me is a digital product offered by Jai Lubin. Payment is processed through the checkout provider shown at the time of purchase and its connected payment processors. Depending on the payment method and financial institution, a charge may appear on your statement as JAI LUBIN.
Two briefing paths. Briefed For Me currently offers separate Individual and Business experiences. A purchase for one path does not automatically include access to the other.
Individual briefing — $2. The $2 New York launch price is a one-time payment, not a subscription. It provides access to the current Individual briefing experience for New York.
Commercial Development Insight — $5. The Business full briefing is priced at $5 per briefing. A $5 payment provides access to one full Commercial Development Insight briefing. It is not a subscription and does not provide unlimited Business searches.
Current coverage. Briefed For Me is currently launched for New York. Additional states may be added later. A current purchase does not automatically include future states, future products or future paid features unless expressly stated.
Informational only. Briefed For Me interprets public information according to the selections a user provides. Individual briefings are not legal, tax, financial, employment, housing, benefits, healthcare or other professional advice and do not determine individual rights, obligations, eligibility or outcomes. Commercial Development Insight is also informational only and does not guarantee that a development will proceed, that an opening date will occur as anticipated, that a commercial opportunity exists, or that a business will engage any particular provider.
Current information and sources. Commercial information can change quickly. Where available, Briefed For Me provides a current-as-of date, source information and expected next steps. A status that is accurate when checked may later change because of a new filing, decision, inspection, announcement or other development.
Verify before acting. Significant personal, professional, commercial or financial decisions should be independently verified using the linked or identified source and appropriate professional advice where needed.
Access. Launch access is intended for the purchaser. Where access is delivered without an account, the post-purchase access method or result link should not be redistributed.
Refunds. Because digital access is delivered immediately, purchases are generally final once access is provided, except where required by law or where a duplicate charge or material access failure occurs.
Pricing and availability. The price displayed before checkout applies to that purchase. Briefed For Me may change prices for future purchases and may update, correct, suspend or remove coverage, features or content when information changes or a source can no longer be verified.
